Do I have to go through insurance?
No. You can pay for the repair yourself or use your insurance claim. If you have a claim number or an adjuster’s estimate, bring it with you.
Can I get a price from photos?
Photos give us a good starting point. Send a wide shot of the car and close-ups of each damaged area. Some damage is hidden behind panels, so we may need to see the car in person to confirm the price.
